A guided tour of this rectangularly shaped, energy self-sufficient shelter, with a scattering of emergency exits. These long, vaulted passageways are an awesome sight: cut into the rock below St. Peter and Paul Cathedral and walled in brick, they stretch for a distance of approx. 900 metres. The tour lasts 50 minutes.
A special guided tour of the Denis shelter under Petrov offers, in addition to the tour of the energy-saving shelter embedded in the rock, a lot of information about sheltering in wartime Brno, testimonies of witnesses and a demonstration of chemical protection equipment. The tour lasts 90 minutes.
For the more adventurous, there is also a headlamp tour option, during which all lights are turned off inside and visitors use only headlamps for almost the entire tour. Only in selected parts of the enclosure do colourfully illuminated elements of the technical equipment of the enclosure await. The length of the tour is 90 minutes.
